Our Brazil partner Mr. Priti Grovers met some problems according to their automotive spare parts recently , as the largest Ford Brazil after sale service & maintianing center in Brazil market to supply more than 10000000 trucks and SUV and others machinery spare parts for more than 15 years ; recently , he found their some spare parts appeared some problems, including : easy to break or corrossion badly appeared.

There are two kinds of samples arrives at our factory testing lab :

* Flange Yoke 

* End Yoke & strap 

After testing in our lab, we find there are some problems with regards to their samples :

* The raw material for this kind of samples flange yoke and end yoke is 45# 

* The samples flange yoke and end yoke did not make heating-treatment procedure 

* 45# raw material and without heating-treatment will make the spanlife in shorttime to break and corrossion within 2-3 years 

As our factory standard procedure in workshop , the items must be as follows :

* Flange yoke and end yoke raw mateiral must be 40Cr , not used 45# 

   (45# steel has less than 30% cost then 40Cr, one pcs flange yoke or end yoke can be reduced around 2-3USD cost )

* The heating-treatment must be made and deeply inspected in workshop process

   (The cost for heating-treatment will be around 1.5USD-2USD for one set flange yoke or end yoke )

Solutions :
